Colar is an advanced image editor. It features gradients, textures and anti-aliasing for both text and brush strokes. It supports multiple layers, alpha channel editing and many Image effects. Colar uses the XCF format as its native file format.

In Colar, many operations have a shortcut key. For example, you can select the Rectangular Select Tool by press 'M' key and then press 'C' key to change to the Crop Tool
