Keychain2Go - Password Manager and Keychain Sync
Über Keychain2Go - Password Manager and Keychain Sync
Keychain2Go is a Password Manager and keychain sync solution.
Store all your passwords, credit card information and other secure information in one place, strongly encrypted and secured by a master password with Mac OS X inbuilt keychain.
Keychain2Go is the missing link for Keychain sync between Macs and Macs and iOS Devices. Finally you can access, sync and change your Keychain on multiple devices (Macs and iOS).
The Mac version shares your local keychain to other instances of Keychain2Go either Mac or iOS, while the iPhone application enables you to access, create and modify keychain items.
Keychain2Go lets you store passwords and notes in a secure way and sync them with other devices (Mac and iOS) running Keychain2Go.
You can now create a new password for every website you want to access without using the same password again or forget one of them. The entries you create are stored encrypted and can only be decrypted by your master password.
Security is created by storing the passwords using known secure algorithms like PBKDF2, SHA1, RSA, RC4 and AES.
Kc2Go is compatible with Mac OS X up to version 10.11 (El Capitan). Apple changed the keychain interface in macOS Sierra. Apple is not opening the documentation on that new interface and I have no idea how and if I can reverse engineer it to find a way working around it.
