Otis eCall™ app by Otis Elevator is a new way to use your Gen2 elevator:

Otis eCall connects with your smart phone to remotely call your elevator at home, at work. You don’t need to touch elevator buttons anymore.

It is as simple as holding your smartphone in your hand.

Drag the number of your current floor location and drop it on the desired destination floor number. The Otis eCall screen confirms your location and requested destination.

Less waiting, more convenience.

When you enter the elevator, the control panel already reflects your desired destination without pressing any buttons.
