Drawberry is a great program which allows you to create graphics and drawings based on vectors. In addition to various predefined shapes you can create your own by drawing them freehand or combine existing boolean operators. For each form, different fillings and display properties can be assigned.

Drawberry supports SVG vector format, making it compatible with many existing programs.
