Balloon Stickies Plus allows you to add speech bubbles to pictures by intuitive and simple steps.
Just double-tap a photo to add a speech bubble and double-tap on it to edit.
In addition, speech recognition makes it much easier to convert your spoken words into text!
Just tap on the "Mic" button or triple-tap on an already attached balloon to input text with your voice.

HOW TO USE:

1) Select a photo from photo album or take a picture with camera.
2) Double-tap on the photo to add a new balloon.
3) Double-tap on the balloon to edit.
4) Triple-tap on the balloon to input text with your voice.
5) To move its position, tap and drag it with one finger.
6) Pinch open/close the balloon to resize with two fingers.
7) To change the direction and length of tail, just drag the tip of the tail.
