No Sleep can prevent your Mac from falling asleep and your screen from dimming during your work and entertainment.

-Allows your Mac to stay awake when certain App is running in order to make sure you get your work done
-Allows your Mac to stay awake in a specified period of time in order not to interrupt your entertainment
